Ingredients
- 2 cups Bilva Naturals Multi-grain Dosa Batter
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste (if not already in batter)
Instructions
- 1Heat a non-stick dosa tawa or flat pan on medium-high heat.
- 2Once hot, sprinkle a few drops of water on the tawa. If they sizzle and evaporate, the tawa is ready.
- 3Pour a ladle of multigrain dosa batter in the center of the tawa.
- 4Using the back of the ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
- 5Drizzle a teaspoon of oil around the edges and on top of the dosa.
- 6Cook until the bottom turns golden brown and crispy (about 2-3 minutes).
- 7Flip and cook the other side for about a minute.
- 8Fold the dosa and serve hot with sambar and chutney.
Chef's Tips
- For extra crispy dosas, spread the batter as thin as possible.
- Make sure the tawa is hot enough before pouring the batter.
- If the batter is too thick, add a little water to achieve the right consistency.
