Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bilva Naturals Multi-grain Dosa Batter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste (if not already in batter)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat a non-stick dosa tawa or flat pan on medium-high heat.
  2. 2Once hot, sprinkle a few drops of water on the tawa. If they sizzle and evaporate, the tawa is ready.
  3. 3Pour a ladle of multigrain dosa batter in the center of the tawa.
  4. 4Using the back of the ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  5. 5Drizzle a teaspoon of oil around the edges and on top of the dosa.
  6. 6Cook until the bottom turns golden brown and crispy (about 2-3 minutes).
  7. 7Flip and cook the other side for about a minute.
  8. 8Fold the dosa and serve hot with sambar and chutney.

Chef's Tips

  • For extra crispy dosas, spread the batter as thin as possible.
  • Make sure the tawa is hot enough before pouring the batter.
  • If the batter is too thick, add a little water to achieve the right consistency.
